(“Hawk & Heron Cabinets”) helps you understand how we collect and process personal information from Hawk & Heron Cabinets’ website at https://www.HawkCabinets.com/ (the “Website”) and any mobile apps or related online and offline services, including Hawk & Heron Cabinets’ social media sites (the “Social Media Sites”) (collectively, the “Sites”). Portions of the Sites may be protected by Google’s reCAPTCHA service and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service applies in that regard.

Marketing Emails: From time to time, we may contact you via email or through other channels for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional information and/or other general communication. You may choose not to receive marketing emails from us by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the marketing emails you receive from us. Even if you opt out of receiving such communications, we may continue sending you non-marketing email communications, such as administrative or transaction alerts, or information about changes to our terms of service.

You may request that we (and our service providers) correct your personal information if it is inaccurate or delete your personal information. Note that deletion requests are subject to certain limitations, for example, we may retain personal information as permitted by law, such as for tax or other record keeping purposes, to maintain an active account, to process transactions and facilitate customer requests, and for certain other internal business purposes described in this Policy.
If you have a registered account with us, you may access and change certain personal information (such as profile and transaction information) directly through your account after logging in to our Sites, and you can opt out of email marketing as provided above. Most Internet browsers can be set to transmit digital “Do Not Track” requests to websites and social media sites and platforms. Such sites may, but are not required to, comply with “Do Not Track” requests. At this time, Hawk & Heron Cabinets does not respond to any digital “Do Not Track” requests.
We do not share personal information such as your contact information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other websites or apps, and we encourage you to be aware when you leave our Sites and to read the privacy statements of any other website or app that collects personal information.
Hawk & Heron Cabinets maintains social media accounts and sites on independent third party websites and platforms including, without limitation, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google+, Instagram, Pinterest and Houzz. Your use of Hawk & Heron Cabinets’ Social Media Sites shall be subject to all of the following: (1) this Policy; (2) the Terms; (3) Hawk & Heron Cabinets’ Dealer’s Corner Terms; and (4) the terms of use, privacy policy, and all other applicable terms and conditions for each such Social Media Site and platform in effect at the time.
In addition, when you register to use social media websites and platforms in general, you are generally required to furnish profile and other information to such websites and platforms in accordance with their own internal policies. Therefore, by using Social Media Sites, you are authorizing Hawk & Heron Cabinets to collect and retain information about you, including your profile and other information that you have disclosed to such social media websites and platforms, and other tracking information arising from your access and use of Social Media Sites. You expressly consent to Hawk & Heron Cabinets’ collection and retention of such information in accordance with this Policy, the Terms and Dealer’s Corner Terms.
11. Security and Data Retention
We maintain reasonable security safeguards designed to protect information about our website visitors in our possession and control, and to protect such information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, we cannot ensure the security of any information that you transmit to us, or guarantee that this information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed. We will make any legally required disclosures in the event of any compromise of personal information. To the extent the law allows us to provide such notification via email or conspicuous posting on the Sites, you agree to accept notice in that form. The Sites are not intended for minors under 13 and Hawk & Heron Cabinets does not request or knowingly collect any personal information from minors under 13. Hawk & Heron Cabinets will endeavor to promptly delete any personal information identified as having been collected online directly from minors under 13.
13. International Data Transfers and Use
Our Sites are controlled and operated by us from the United States and are not intended to subject us to the laws or jurisdiction of any state, country or territory other than those of the United States. Any information you provide through use of the Sites may be stored and processed, transferred between and accessed from the United States and other countries which may not guarantee the same level of protection of personal information as the one in which you reside.
